Type the first line for the business card, which will be either your company’s name or the employee’s name who will receive the card. When the cursor changes to a plus symbol, click and drag the mouse to fill the rest of the card with a text box.Ĭlick inside the text box. This process is also the way to add your photo to the card.Ĭlick the “Draw Text Box” button on the Insert tab’s ribbon. It’s not ideal to try to enlarge a logo, as it may get distorted. To resize the logo, press and hold the “Shift” key, click a corner and drag towards the middle to shrink it. When it appears on the card, drag it into your preferred place, such as the top left corner or the top center. Browse to your corporate logo and double-click the name of the file.
